At 365 Estate Agents, we take our social responsibility very seriously and work hard to ensure we do all we can to be kind to the environment and support our local community.

Managing our environmental impact

We are proud to be one of the only estate agents in Northern Ireland to be certified Carbon Neutral. To maintain this accreditation, we endeavour to:

  • Monitor and reduce our energy usage and carbon output
  • Offset any carbon output excess by funding tree planting schemes in Northern Ireland as well internationally verified carbon reduction projects
  • Recycle and encourage a paperless environment, limiting all correspondence to email/text where possible
  • Reduce our business mileage by holding block viewing days to reduce staff mileage where possible
  • Eliminate excess plastics and other non-recyclable or non-reusable materials

We only work with suppliers who support us in the achievement of our social responsibility ambitions.

We expect them to act in accordance with our responsible business guidelines and to demonstrate high standards of integrity, accountability and business practice.

  • 100% of our electricity comes from renewable (REGO certified) sources - Biomass, Wind, Photovoltaic (PV) and Hydro Electric Generators
  • Our For Sale boards are fully recyclable and are made from 100% recyclable materials
  • Promotional brochures/stationery printed using recycled paper from responsible sources (certified by FSC) and vegetable based inks

Going forward

We are striving to become a Carbon Net Zero organisation in the coming years and as part of this, we pledge to plant a tree for every property sale that completes through 365 Estate Agents.

As a local business, we have a responsibility to the community in which we operate. 365 Estate Agents are passionate about supporting charities and our local community and our chosen charity is the Northern Ireland Hospice.
